The start of the refit took place on Friday 9th April 04 |

| Start of the refit, head lights, and radiator fitted |
Head light surrounds, servo, fuse box, fuel filter and AF meter brackets fitted. |
| Saturday 10th, more of the car came together as you can see below, |

| Bumpers fitted, front screen, door glass and locks etc, rear lights, roll cage rear section, and battery tray in boot. and the start of the rewire, | The rewire well underway, (note servo removed for clearance) along with the battery cable from boot mounted battery. |

| Servo refitted along with master cylinder, most of the loom now wrapped in loom tape, the ends not covered are awaiting final connections to components in engine bay. | The main engine bay area now finished and awaiting the refit of the V8, And the main shell inside waxoiled. |

| The main loom behind dash and glove box was tidied up today, then the dash, the seats, the alarm loom and part of the efi loom was then fitted, |

| Well, undid most of the wiring i did yesterday due to one wire left inside the car, This has now been put right, the headlights are now working after 1.5 hrs tracing an earthing fault, and the indicators now work on alarm cycle due to me wiring them to an earth and not the live, (give me credit a lot of wires were floating about in the engine bay as i rewired it) Wipers, horn and heating now work also, All that is left now is make and fit the new fuel lines and brake pipes (getting nylon fuel pipe and brake pipe from autofactors on Tuesday). Fit the gauges fit fuel tank, underseal car, fit engine and box and exhaust system then MOT !!!!!!!!, Hope to have the majority of car finished over the next week and have the engine running by the end of the weekend at the latest........ |
